By using the Pordee beta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Beta service

Pordee is in beta and provided "as is". Features may change, break, or be unavailable, and data may occasionally be lost. Please keep your own records of anything important.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Pordee lawfully. Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Not financial advice

Pordee is a tracking tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pordee is provided without warranties and our liability is limited.

Termination

You may stop using Pordee at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
