About this notice

Pordee is a personal finance and task-management app ("Pordee", "we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

By creating an account you consent to the processing described here. You can withdraw that consent at any time - see "Your rights" below.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google.

Financial data you enter: transaction amounts, categories, notes, dates, and your currency.

Optional AI recommendations: only after you explicitly tap “Consent and request recommendations”, Pordee prepares a THB-only aggregate summary for the current report period. It includes income and expense totals, category names and shares, budget names and status, relevant goal names and progress, relevant recurring-charge names and due dates, and your logging streak. It excludes individual transaction rows, merchant names, notes, counterparties, and record IDs. The aggregate summary and relevant names are sent through Pordee to the Google Gemini API.

Bank-slip capture: the app keeps the selected image in temporary on-device cache while you review it. PromptPay QR extraction runs on the device. Only if you tap “Read data from image with AI” is that one image sent transiently through Pordee to the Google Gemini API. The returned editable fields are limited to the THB amount, transaction date and time, and suggested merchant or recipient.

Tasks and schedule you enter, and your preferences such as timezone.

Usage analytics and device information, collected through PostHog to understand how the app is used.

Crash and error diagnostics, collected through Sentry to keep the app reliable.

How we use your data

To operate the app, store and sync your data across your sessions, keep it reliable, and improve features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI recommendations are optional and are not requested automatically. Pordee uses the disclosed aggregate summary only after your explicit tap to generate short financial observations for the current report period.

Slip AI is optional. You can keep the image visible and enter the amount, date, time, and merchant manually without sending the image to an AI provider.

Who processes your data for us

Supabase (cloud database and authentication), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting). These providers process data only to deliver the service to you.

For optional AI recommendations: after your explicit tap, Pordee sends the disclosed THB aggregate summary and relevant names to the Google Gemini API. Pordee stores the generated recommendations in Supabase for same-day caching and request limiting; it does not store the submitted aggregate summary in the recommendation log.

For optional slip AI only: after your explicit tap, Pordee sends the selected image transiently to the paid Google Gemini API. Under Google's Paid Services terms, prompts, images, and responses are not used to improve Google products, but Google may log them for a limited period for abuse prevention and required legal or regulatory disclosures. Pordee keeps API log sharing disabled and does not store the image or raw model response in its database.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data or request account deletion in the app. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data. You can also email us if you need help with these requests.

Pordee does not store the raw slip image, raw OCR text, bank reference number, or raw AI response on its servers, and does not log them. The app deletes its temporary cached copy after you confirm, cancel, dismiss, or leave the review flow, with stale-cache cleanup retried on the next launch if immediate deletion fails.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment card details.

ระยะเวลาการเก็บ

สิทธิของคุณ
