About this notice

Pordee is a personal finance and task-management app ("Pordee", "we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Creating an account lets Pordee process the information needed to provide the app. Optional AI features ask for separate consent, which you can withdraw.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google.

Financial data you enter: transaction amounts, categories, notes, dates, and your currency.

Optional AI recommendations: only after you explicitly tap “Consent and request recommendations”, Pordee prepares a THB-only aggregate summary for the current report period. It includes income and expense totals, category names and shares, budget names and status, relevant goal names and progress, relevant recurring-charge names and due dates, and your logging streak. It excludes individual transaction rows, merchant names, notes, counterparties, and record IDs. The aggregate summary and relevant names are sent through Pordee to the Google Gemini API.

Optional Pordee Agent chat: after separate consent, each question and up to ten recent chat messages are sent to the Google Gemini API. Read-only tools may supply information relevant to your question from finances, tasks and LEB2 updates, meal/sleep/exercise logs, contacts and friends, shared wallets, bill splits, and notifications that your account can access. A transaction search returns at most 50 matching rows per call, potentially including category, merchant, note, and record identifiers. Pordee stores your questions, answers, visible citations, suggested interface actions, consent version and time, and minimal tool-run metadata in Supabase.

Optional AI morning summary: only after you separately enable it in Settings and while current Pordee Agent consent remains active, Pordee runs once in the 07:00–08:00 window in your profile timezone. For that day it can send up to three shortened titles and due times, selected from at most eight incomplete personal (non-LEB2) tasks due that day. It does not send task notes or financial records. Gemini returns task IDs only; Pordee builds the notification from your task records. If there are no matching tasks, Pordee skips Gemini and sends a fixed no-task notice.

Optional Agent memory: you can save up to 20 goals, preferences, or personal rules of up to 500 characters each in Settings. Pordee stores them in your account. When your Agent consent is active, the read-only memory tool may send those saved entries to Google Gemini as context for your question. The Agent cannot create or edit memories on its own.

Daily plan review in Pordee AI: when you explicitly request a plan or follow-up, Pordee stores a small baseline with up to 20 task IDs and their times plus a hash of the bounded scheduled-money rows alongside that chat message. It does not duplicate task titles, money titles, or amounts in the baseline. A follow-up checks the previous seven days and re-reads task status under your account access before reporting progress.

Optional homework attachment reading: Pordee first reads a selected JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF up to 10 MiB on your device with Paddle OCR or PDF text extraction. If it cannot confidently match one task, the selected file is sent transiently to Google Gemini. Pordee returns bounded matching metadata; it does not store the file, raw OCR, or raw model response.

Bank-slip capture: Pordee first reads the selected image on your device with Paddle OCR. If the amount or time is missing, it sends that image transiently through Pordee to the Google Gemini API. The app keeps the image in temporary on-device cache during review. PromptPay QR extraction also runs on the device. Returned editable fields are limited to the THB amount, transaction date and time, and suggested merchant or recipient.

PDF statement import: Pordee extracts selectable text or runs Paddle OCR on your device first. If it cannot parse supported transaction rows, it sends the selected PDF transiently to Google Gemini, up to three times per 24 hours. Suggested rows must pass validation and your review before they are saved; the source PDF and raw OCR are not stored.

Optional transaction evidence: after saving a transaction, you may attach one JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 5 MiB. Pordee stores it privately in Supabase Storage until you remove the image, delete the transaction, or delete your account. This attachment is not sent to AI. Your account export includes the image bytes as base64.

Tasks and schedule you enter, and your preferences such as timezone.

Usage analytics and device information, collected through PostHog to understand how the app is used.

Crash and error diagnostics, collected through Sentry to keep the app reliable.

How we use your data

To operate the app, store and sync your data across your sessions, keep it reliable, and improve features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI recommendations are optional and are not requested automatically. Pordee uses the disclosed aggregate summary only after your explicit tap to generate short financial observations for the current report period.

Pordee Agent chat is optional. It can read disclosed data, explain facts, run a labeled simulation, navigate within Pordee, set page filters, or prepare a short-lived income/expense or task draft in your browser. For an exact task-completion command, it can create an expiring proposal; the task changes only when you confirm in chat. You can undo that completion within ten minutes if the task has not changed again. Other prepared drafts change nothing until you review and save them yourself.

The AI morning summary is a separate opt-in in Settings. While it is on and current Agent consent is active, the scheduled function sends only the bounded task details described above once during your local morning window. Turning off either consent stops future summaries.

Homework attachment reading is optional and is never requested automatically. The file is sent only after your explicit tap, and matching a file to a task never submits it to LEB2; submission remains a separate review and confirmation action.

Slip AI is optional. You can choose manual entry before selecting an image. If you select or take a slip photo after the disclosure, Pordee reads it automatically with the AI provider.

Who processes your data for us

Supabase (cloud database and authentication), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting). These providers process data only to deliver the service to you.

For optional AI recommendations: after your explicit tap, Pordee sends the disclosed THB aggregate summary and relevant names to the Google Gemini API. Pordee stores the generated recommendations in Supabase for same-day caching and request limiting; it does not store the submitted aggregate summary in the recommendation log.

For optional Pordee Agent chat: Pordee sends your question, up to ten recent messages, and the disclosed on-demand read-tool results to the Google Gemini API. Conversation history includes the question, answer, citations, suggested interface actions, model name, and a context hash. A separate tool log contains only the tool name, status, duration, and hashes of its input and output; it does not contain raw tool arguments or results.

When you explicitly ask Agent to plan or analyze, Pordee also saves a bounded workflow with its goal, tool inputs, tool results, citations, and progress so an interrupted request can continue. These checkpoints are private to your account and expire after seven days. They are separate from the hash-only tool audit log and are included in account export.

For the optional AI morning summary: while both the separate Settings option and current Agent consent are active, Pordee may send up to three shortened task titles and due times to Google Gemini in your local morning window. The model returns only task IDs. Pordee stores the generated task summary in your in-app notifications and account export; it does not store the prompt or raw model response.

When you request a daily-plan follow-up, the comparison of verified task status and the current bounded plan may be sent to Google Gemini to explain and revise the plan. The compact baseline remains in Supabase as part of the conversation and is included in account export and deletion.

For optional homework attachment fallback: after local reading is inconclusive, Pordee sends the selected file transiently to the paid Google Gemini API. The Edge Function validates the file type and signature, does not write it to Supabase or log its contents, and returns only bounded matching metadata.

For slip and PDF statement fallback: if local reading does not recover the required fields or rows, Pordee sends the selected image or PDF transiently to the paid Google Gemini API. Under Google's Paid Services terms, prompts, images, and responses are not used to improve Google products, but Google may log them for a limited period for abuse prevention and required legal or regulatory disclosures. Pordee keeps API log sharing disabled and does not store source files or raw model responses in its database.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data or request account deletion in the app. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data. You can also email us if you need help with these requests.

Pordee AI conversations and Agent tool logs are kept while your account is active. Deleting a conversation also removes its tool logs and workflow checkpoints. Workflow checkpoints expire after seven days. You can withdraw Agent consent from chat history to stop new Agent requests; existing history remains until you delete it or your account. Conversation history, consent status, tool logs, and available workflow checkpoints are included in your account export and removed when your account is deleted.

The morning-summary preference and generated notifications are included in account export and are removed with account deletion. Operational run metadata contains no task titles and is exported; rows older than 30 days are cleared during scheduled processing. Turning off the setting stops future summaries.

Your saved Agent memories are included in account export. You can edit or delete individual memories in Settings; account deletion removes all of them.

Pordee does not retain images from the AI slip-capture flow, raw OCR text, bank reference number, or raw AI response, and does not log them. A separately attached transaction evidence image is stored only when you explicitly add it after saving a transaction. The app deletes its temporary slip-capture copy after you confirm, cancel, dismiss, or leave the review flow, with stale-cache cleanup retried on the next launch if immediate deletion fails.

Homework attachment bytes and raw model output are transient and are not stored in Pordee after the one-shot analysis request.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment card details.

บทสนทนา Pordee AI และบันทึกการใช้เครื่องมือ Agent จะเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ การลบบทสนทนาจะลบบันทึกเครื่องมือและขั้นตอนงานของบทสนทนานั้นด้วย ขั้นตอนงานหมดอายุภายใน 7 วัน คุณถอนความยินยอม Agent ได้จากเมนูประวัติแชทเพื่อหยุดคำขอใหม่ ส่วนประวัติเดิมยังอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะลบหรือปิดบัญชี ข้อมูลบทสนทนา สถานะความยินยอม บันทึกเครื่องมือ และขั้นตอนงานที่ยังมีอยู่รวมในไฟล์ส่งออกบัญชีและถูกลบเมื่อคุณลบบัญชี

ตัวเลือกสรุปเช้าและแจ้งเตือนที่สร้างจะรวมในไฟล์ส่งออกบัญชีและถูกลบพร้อมบัญชี ข้อมูลการทำงานมีเพียงสถานะและจำนวนครั้ง ไม่มีชื่องาน จะส่งออกให้คุณ และลบรายการที่เก่ากว่า 30 วันระหว่างการทำงานตามเวลา การปิดตัวเลือกจะหยุดสรุปครั้งถัดไป

ความจำ Agent ที่คุณบันทึกจะรวมในไฟล์ส่งออกบัญชี คุณแก้หรือลบทีละรายการในเมนูตั้งค่าได้ และการลบบัญชีจะลบความจำทั้งหมด

Pordee ไม่เก็บรูปจากขั้นตอน AI อ่านสลิป ข้อความ OCR ดิบ เลขอ้างอิงธนาคาร หรือคำตอบดิบจาก AI และไม่บันทึกข้อมูลเหล่านี้ใน log ภาพหลักฐานรายการจะเก็บเฉพาะเมื่อคุณเลือกแนบหลังบันทึกรายการ แอปจะลบสำเนาชั่วคราวของขั้นตอนอ่านสลิปเมื่อคุณยืนยัน ยกเลิก ไม่บันทึก หรือออกจากหน้าตรวจสอบ หากลบทันทีไม่สำเร็จ ระบบจะลองล้างไฟล์เก่าอีกครั้งเมื่อเปิดแอปครั้งถัดไป

ไฟล์การบ้านและคำตอบดิบจากการวิเคราะห์เป็นข้อมูลชั่วคราวและไม่ถูกเก็บไว้ใน Pordee หลังจบคำขออ่านไฟล์

สิทธิของคุณ

ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล ถอนความยินยอม คัดค้านหรือจำกัดการประมวลผล และร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC)
